Need to flush stdout stdin on ssh connect

If there are messages upon connection to an ssh shell then these appear in the output of exe() in sshmods. Need to flush this data before the commands in the commands list is called.

Did an echo to stdout and stderr and picked up the result before calling the commands. Also did a exec_command("bash -s") to get a shell rather then invoke_shell because apparently this is better, although you still need to flush the output either way.
