Add region analysis to group analysis

Merge the functionality of the group branch with the trunk and then move the group branch to the trunk.

I managed to do this is a roundabouty way by just doing one wave analysis rather than the group of waves that are now investigated by standard. If a region is given in the configuration files that the main program will create a one off wave zone and hunt for waves in that region rather than an analysis which looks for all the waves. If the region is big I think it averages the results from the waves in the region although I might be making that up.

Need to build back in the group analysis. Of particular difficulty will be the wavelength and celerity which are not as straightforward for a region.
