Make flightdeck more accessible
Currently the methods of flightdeck are only really usable to do THE
WHOLE LOT, in that it wants to send the job calculate and return it.
It would be nice to get the methods to work indepedantly in that it
could be used to do things on jobs that were already run and it wouldn't
need to ask for your password even though it wasn't going through ssh.
