Improve diagnostics: show metrics on output graphs

It looks like some of the estimators (of wavelength for instance) are not working consistently (also see Improve Zero Crossings fixed : Improve Zero Crossings). To help fix this, displaying the points of measurement on the output graphs would be really useful.
